S I P Jr . is a unique program to attain a fellowship for Mother Nature! An innovative Kids Camp known as TAHK S I P Jr . filled with fun and learning Sustainability making it the world's first of its kind program, launched by former Mrs. India on World Environment Day June 5, 2021

Looking for enthusiasts who can understand Sustainability and work with Children to make it Fun!

About the Role

Following functional roles are available for the new venture:
● Business development activities
● Market Research and analysis:
● Financial planning and modelling
● Digital Marketing and social media
● School and third party Management

All backgrounds in Business, Marketing, Economics, Education, Sustainability, Activity Design, Graphic Design, Social Media Management, Human Resources, Research and Analysis are welcome. More importantly, love to be with children and make them laugh anytime

Responsibilities:

We are looking for highly motivated enthusiasts who can make sustainability Fun and believe that future's children and need to be nurtured rightfully

Requirements:

- Fluency in English and Hindi or any regional Indian language
- Creative and open-minded
- Tendency to focus on solutions when a problem is realized.

It is nice to have:

- Experiences in school/children's activities
- Knowledge of any foreign language may be a plus

The selected SIP with S I P Jr . would be responsible to contribute to the function which includes:

1. Identifying & converting new prospects for S I P Jr . like schools, daycares, Montessori, Ministries, Government Departments, Corporates, etc.
2.Identifying the child rehab centres and education ministries: Enlisting the child rehab centres and the education ministries in different locations of the respective country.
3.Survey for parent's to be circulated by all team members and at least 5 form submissions by each team member and results to be finally submitted to the BD Team.
4.The answers from parents survey forms should be collected and concise decisions to be made
5.Bring up ideas and opportunities by modifying and executing the right strategies at the right time.
6.Report relevant findings from the strategies implemented and get them approved by the Leadership group.
7. Working on external collaborations for S I P Jr .
8. Creating ad-hoc reports when required and evaluating reports made by the Market Research team.
9. Making concise decisions that are in line with the leadership group on the next course of action.
10. Work to improve the customer (schools, daycares, montessori etc) feedback and communication to ensure a constant flow of reviews from them.
11. Any additional tasks asked by the Leadership Group.

Expectations from aspirants:

1. Are available for the work-from-home internship.
2. Are fluent in English and Hindi or any regional language.
3. Have excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
4. Connect with Mother Nature.
5. Additionally, communication skills, negotiation skills, knowledge about ROI and how to use it, good data analysis skills, basic level Excel and excellent decision-making skills (not compulsory)

Internship Rewards:

1. Stipend - Variable pay up to Rs. 20,000 (depending upon the output).

Internship Duration:

- 45 days / 240 hours
- 60 days / 320 hours
- 90 days / 480 hours (Advanced Level)
*Duration can further be extended with your request based on performance
