Introduction

S I P Jr . is a unique program to attain a fellowship for Mother Nature! An innovative Kids Camp known as TAHK S I P Jr . is filled with fun and learning. We teach all things sustainable, making it the world's first of its kind program, launched by former Mrs. India on World Environment Day June 5, 2021. We are building upon the success of S I P Jr . and are looking for enthusiasts who can understand Sustainability and work with Children to make it Fun!

About the Role

The learning journey for Campus Ambassadors is for people’s person with strong interpersonal and event management skills who are keen on interacting and establishing valuable relationships with various relevant educational institutions. Represent the organization reputedly to enhance the reach and eagerness among people to become part of S I P Jr . Confidence and interest to speak to seniors, tutors, or other key management personnel should be to drive the value and exploiting what is on-trend comes naturally to you, and have a keen desire to develop niche into developing involvement of kids into Sustainability towards nurturing the future youth with fun learning.

S I P Jr . is looking for. This will be a learning internship and is meant for folks who want to enhance their communication skills. We are looking for creative and open-minded Interns. If you believe that the future youth need to be nurtured rightfully then this is for you.

The selected SIP with S I P Jr . would be responsible to contribute to the function which includes:

1. Representing S I P Jr . at your college or University.
2. Build awareness about S I P Jr . in your college or university by organizing events, stalls, and social media presence.
3.Publicising information about sustainability by displaying posters on notice boards and sharing them online.
4. Organizing varied events like seminars and workshops to talk about sustainability.
5. Becoming the primary point of contact between the company and the campus.
6. Developing campus-specific outreach programmes and campaigns to increase participation.
7.Building a network of students and teachers in your college using offline and online strategies.
8. Ideating and executing engaging campaigns in your college/university.
9.Collecting feedback from the students, teachers and other focus groups to improve the current project activities regarding sustainability.
10. Working on external collaborations for S I P Jr .
11. Any additional tasks asked by the Leadership Group.

Expectations from aspirants:

1. Are available for the work-from-home internship.
2. Are a convincing Influencer
3. One who enjoys meeting new people and are the first one who initiates conversations.
4. Are fluent in English and Hindi or any regional language.
5. Have excellent problem-solving skills.
6. Connect with Mother Nature.
7. Additionally, communication skills, negotiation skills, and creativity.

Internship Rewards:

Stipend Not applicable but the candidate will receive the following
1. Certificate of completion - Internship.
2. Immense learning on the first step in the corporate world.

Internship Duration:

- 45 days / 240 hours
- 60 days / 320 hours
- 90 days / 480 hours (Advanced Level)
*Duration can further be extended with your request based on performance
